Welcome to the traffic usage tool for all permanent connections.

We have made enhancements to the Permanent Connection Usage Tool that will enable you to have greater flexibility in reporting functionality when viewing your traffic usage.

Your login name is your customer id number which can be located on your monthly invoice.

You should have received your password when you first started using the service. If you do not know your password please contact either the Technical Help Desk on 1300 73 11 11 - Options 3 or your Account Manager.

To use the new features you will have to click on the words 'Data Order' once you have logged into the system.

The following changes have been made - based on customer feedback:

1. A "Breakdown by Link" option has been added to the Data Order report parameter form.
2. A "Print Version" option is now available on all report parameter forms.
3. Individual link details clearly displayed above associated graphs.
4. Reports can be downloaded into Excel format.
5. 5-minute samples for daily SNMP graphs.

This traffic usage tool has been designed to allow you to monitor your internet usage, plan for periods of high demand and manage your on-going communications costs.

The tool provides information presented in graph or table format for the represented timeframe as determined by you. Statistics are available for any period from Jan 2000 to two days before your query.

Note that from time to time statistics may be delayed and not available immediately, if this persists please contact your Account Manager. To access the tool, enter your UserName and Password and click the 'Login' button.

Your UserName is the same as your Customer ID number which was provided to you, along with your Password, on your initial connection to AAPT or can be found on your monthly invoice.
